GENERAL

How much do your gowns cost? Our gowns start at $2,850 and most modifications range between $100-$600.

What sizes do you offer?
The Alyssa Kristin size chart ranges from 0-28.

Do you offer custom gowns?
While we do not offer custom gowns, our gowns can be modified. Your stylist can walk you through available changes.

Do you offer modifications?
Yes – your stylist will guide you through available modifications during your appointment!

Where can I try on Alyssa Kristin gowns?
We’ve got stockists all over – find your nearest one here!

When should I start shopping?
We recommend shopping 9-12 months before your wedding to give you plenty of time for ordering and tailoring your gown.

When should I order my AK gown and accessories?
All gowns and accessories are made-to-order. Our current lead time is 5-6 months. Is your wedding in less than 7 months? No worries - we offer rush order options. 

How do alterations work? We suggest brides plan for 8-12 weeks for alterations when ordering their gown. Check with your stockist for in-house alterations/local tailor recommendations. You can also find a wonderful list of tailors available on our Instagram highlights!

I’m an AK Bride – can I send photos? We’d love to see your wedding photos – please email them to info@alyssakristin.com or tag us on Instagram and use the hashtag for your gown (ex. #aksydney, #akcamila, #akisla)!


AK STUDIO GOWN APPOINTMENTS

Do I need an appointment? Yes! We are open by appointment only on Fridays and Saturdays and host one bride at a time. Book your appointment here!

How long are appointments?
Appointments are 60 minutes long and cannot be extended. If you are running late, please let us know via text/email! Your appointment will be canceled if we do not hear from you 15 minutes into your scheduled time.

What styles and sizes are available to try on in the AK studio?
All styles on our website are available to try on in our standard size 6 (street size 2-4). Additionally, some styles are also sampled in sizes ranging 10-14 (street size 8-12) and our most popular styles are sampled in curve sizes ranging 18-24 (street size 16-22).

What should I wear to my appointment?
Nude colored seamless undergarments and anything you know you want to wear on your wedding day – shoes, jewelry, veil, etc.

How many guests can I bring with me? You can bring up to 4 guests with you.

Are we allowed to bring outside food or drink? We do not allow outside food or drink in the studio to preserve the gowns.

What is your mask policy? Masks are optional.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment? Of course! There are options to reschedule or cancel your appointment in your confirmation email.

Where should I park when I arrive? There is plenty of metered street parking in front of our studio. You can download the Park Chicago app or pay at the box.
